THE DESIGNER
Taguelmint Myra is a young PARISIAN BASED ARCHITECT AND DESIGNER.
After obtaining her degree in Architecture, Myra started her career with a variety of architecture firms, design studios, and construction companies. A few years down the road, SHE DECIDED TO PURSUE HER DREAMS BY CREATING A NEW BRAND USING HER DESIGNER BACKGROUND AS INSPIRATION FOR THE FASHION MARKET.
IN 2011 SHE ESTABLISHED THE BOUDOIR DES LUBIES PARIS.
Using her TYPICAL FRENCH TOUCH she commenced with LUXURY HANDBAGS AND LEATHER ACCESSORIES, naming her first COLLECTION OF SCARVES after the seven deadly sins. When Myra designs, she tries to create SMART, USEFUL, AND PRACTICAL PRODUCTS. She focuses on what’s TRENDY in FASHION, and infuses it with GEOMETRIC SHAPES SUCH AS SQUARES, AND SHARP LINES.
As a globetrotter, SHE TRAVELS THE WORLD in search of SPECIALMATERIALS to use in her collections. From exotic leathers to metallic details SHE CREATES CONCEPTS, IDEAS, and sketches together with THE BEST FRENCH MANUFACTURES to arrive at a final product.

Myra finds her inspirations in architecture and art, which she fuses with stylish and avant-garde concepts.
CONCEPT
The concept comes from architectural elements and basic geometric shapes like square and cube. The originality in the product is by using the special materials like exotic leather and the possibility of transformation such as changeable flaps.

We make our bags in a traditional French workshop, which boasts three generations of continuity. It is situated in the south of France.
Their technique is based on manual saddle making, with a finish an extraordinarily high quality finish.

Lubies present «The 7 deadly sins» scarves collection in this season. The 7 deadly sins are «Avarice», «Colère», «Paresse», «Luxure», «Envie», «Orgueil», «Gourmandise». Each sin is represented by an animal. They are 100% hand drawn and we print them on the Highiest quality of twill silk. They are :ade in France as well.
ARCHITECTONE
«Architectone» is the new collection of scarves. We present three movements of architecture «Gothique», «Rococo» and «Art Nouveau» with Lubies’s reinterpertation.
